Resources and Tips:

Above given details are very basic. But real fun begins now when you think "How to learn Katakana?" or "Where to learn Katakana?"
  • Face the truth that Katakana are harder to memorize than Hiragana. So you will need more practice.
  • Tip: If you wanna memorize Katakana faster then try to write down each Katakana on paper (probably 10-15 times) and keep that paper with you and try to look and remember whenever you get free time. It’s called the “Repetition Method”.
  • Read Katakana while you eat, talk and sleep. Repeat, Repeat and Repeat. And by the time you realize, you would have memorized all of the katakana.
  • Once you have enough confidence or know some katakana then you should start reading words and sentences which are purely written in Katakana.
  • The more you repeat, The more you remember.
