Title: My Favorite Season: Monsoon


わたしのすきな きせつは つゆです。
Watashi no suki na kisetsu wa tsuyu desu.
My favorite season is the rainy season.

つゆの はじめに、くらく ぐんぐん ふえる あめが おちてきます。
Tsuyu no hajime ni, kuraku gungun fueru ame ga ochite kimasu.
At the beginning of the rainy season, dark and heavy rain falls.

あめの おとを ききながら、わたしは いえで のんびり すごします。
Ame no oto o kiki nagara, watashi wa ie de nonbiri sugoshimasu.
While listening to the sound of the rain, I spend a relaxing time at home.

つゆの あめは ふんすいを たくさん あたえて、くさや きのえだが みどりみどり そだちます。
Tsuyu no ame wa funsui o takusan ataete, kusa ya ki no eda ga midori midori sodachimasu.
The rain in the rainy season provides plenty of moisture, and the grass and tree branches grow lush green.

わたしは かさを さして、あめの なかを さんぽします。
Watashi wa kasa o sashite, ame no naka o sanpo shimasu.
I take an umbrella and go for a walk in the rain.

あめが やんだ あとに にじが でます。
Ame ga yanda ato ni niji ga demasu.
After the rain stops, a rainbow appears.

つゆの おわりには、きれいな そらが みえて うきうき します。
Tsuyu no owari ni wa, kirei na sora ga miete ukiuki shimasu.
At the end of the rainy season, a beautiful sky can be seen, and I feel excited.

わたしの すきな きせつ、つゆは たのしい ひとときを もたらしてくれます。
Watashi no suki na kisetsu, tsuyu wa tanoshii hitotoki o motarashite kuremasu.
My favorite season, the rainy season, brings me enjoyable moments.
